How does the pack builder work?

Pick a pack size (4, 6, 8, 12, 18, 24, or 30 cans), fill it with any drinks from our live inventory, then choose one-time or a subscription frequency. Add to cart and check out with Shopify.

Can I choose exactly which drinks go in my pack?

Yes — that's the whole point. Mix and match anything in stock. Out-of-stock drinks can't be added.

What pack sizes are available?

4, 6, 8, 12, 18, 24, and 30. We use fixed sizes so pricing, shipping, and packaging stay clean.

How do subscriptions work?

After building your pack, choose one-time or Subscribe & Save. Pick weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly. Subscriptions are activated when a Shopify subscription app (Shopify Subscriptions, Recharge, Seal, etc.) is configured on the store.

How much do subscriptions save?

Up to 10%: monthly 5%, every 2 weeks 7%, weekly 10%. The discount is applied automatically via the Shopify selling plan once one is attached.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

If the store's subscription app supports skip/pause/cancel (most do), yes. Until that app is configured, those actions aren't guaranteed — check back as we wire it up.

Can I swap drinks before my next box?

Accepted Answer

When a subscription app with edit support is active, you can change what's in the next box. Otherwise the original lineup is repeated.

What if a drink is out of stock?

Out-of-stock drinks are disabled in the builder — you can't accidentally pick something we can't ship.

Do you still do mystery boxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, mystery and themed packs (Zero Sugar Pack, High Caffeine Pack, etc.) are available as secondary products in the shop, but the main brand is now custom packs.

When will my order ship?

Most one-time orders ship in 1–3 business days. Subscriptions ship on the cadence you picked.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we ship across the U.S. Free shipping on orders over $75.

What if something arrives damaged?

Reach out within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund the affected items.
